基于真实世界数据的抑郁症知识图谱构建

Construction of Depression Knowledge Graph Based On Real-world Data

目的构建真实世界抑郁症知识图谱,揭示抑郁症临床诊疗特点,为构建抑郁症临床决策支持系统奠定基础。方法利用上海市精神卫生中心抑郁症专病数据库,采用大数据和知识图谱技术开展挖掘和分析。结果设计了知识图谱方案,构建出基于真实世界数据的抑郁症知识图谱,完成对知识图谱的迭代,并与临床指南进行对比分析。结论真实世界抑郁症知识图谱挖掘的知识不但与临床指南在人口统计学特征、临床特征及治疗策略等方面高度一致,而且提供了更详细的数据支持和补充,可用于构建抑郁症临床决策支持系统。

Objective To construct a real-world depression knowledge graph(RWDKG),reveal the characteristics of clinical diagnosis and treatment of depression,and lay a foundation for the subsequent construction of a clinical decision support system(CDSS)for depression.Methods Big data and knowledge graph techniques were used for real-world data mining and analysis based on the specialized depression databases of Shanghai Mental Health Center.Results The schema and implementation of RWDKG were introduced,a RWDKG was constructed and a comparative analysis with clinical practice guidelines(CPG)was completed.Conclusion The results mined by RWDKG were not only highly consistent with CPG in terms of demographic characteristics,clinical characteristics,and treatment strategies,but also provided further refined information.The RWDKG laid a solid foundation for the successive construction of CDSS for depression.
