省会城市卫生资源与医疗服务的首位集中度评价

Evaluation of the Top Concentration of Health Resources and Medical Services in Provincial Capital Cities

为全面了解和分析省域内卫生资源与医疗服务向省会城市的集中情况,本文以2017年、2021年为节点,运用首位度分析和探索性空间分析法等评价了省会城市卫生人力、卫生资源和医疗服务利用等3个方面的首位集中情况与空间关联特征。结果发现:(1)与2017年相比,2021年省会城市的卫生资源和医疗服务的首位集中指数下降,要素资源配置日趋均衡;(2)省域内卫生资源和医疗服务向省会城市的集中程度存在较大差异,包括“轻度集中”“中度集中”和“重度集中”3种类型;(3)不同维度的省会城市卫生资源和医疗服务首位集中表现有所差异,卫生人力最高,服务利用最低;(4)省会城市的卫生资源和医疗服务首位集中度存在高度的空间关联性,卫生人力的高值集聚表现显著,在西部与西南部省域形成连片蔓延。

In order to comprehensively understand and analyze the concentration of health resources and medical services in the provincial capital cities,this paper evaluates the first concentration of health manpower,health resources and medical service utilization in provincial capital cities and spatial correlation characteristics in three aspects,using the firstness analysis and GIS spatial analysis method as nodes in 2017 and 2021,and finds that(1)compared with 2017,the first concentration index of health resources and medical services in provincial capital decreased in 2021,and the allocation of factor resources became increasingly balanced;(2)the degree of concentration of health resources and medical services in provincial capitals varies greatly,showing"light concentration","moderate concentration"and"heavy concentration";(3)the top concentration of health resources and medical services in provincial capitals varies in different dimensions,with health manpower being the highest and service utilization being the lowest;(4)the top concentration of health resources and medical services in provincial capitals is highly spatially correlated,and the high-value concentration of health manpower is significant,with a contiguous spread in the western and southwestern provinces.
