基于本体的医学观察知识库构建研究

Construction Study of the Ontology-based Medical Observation Knowledge Base

目的对《卫生信息数据元值域代码》(WS364—2011)中有关医学观察的信息进行整合,构建知识库,使内容分散、含义交叉或重叠的数据元表达明确的语义,进而判断并推理知识语义。方法参照HL7参考信息模型,利用本体思想对数据元值域进行提炼、分类,进一步表达医学观察知识,使用Protégé本体构建工具建立医学观察语义模型及知识库。结果通过分析、归纳《卫生信息数据元值域代码》中的医学观察类数据元,提炼了概念、属性及值域,构建了医学观察知识语义模型、知识库及推理规则。结论现有数据元值域代码表中的概念可为构建医学观察语义模型和知识库提供基本素材,所采用的方法对未来构建较为完善的卫生信息方面的知识库有一定的参考作用。

Objective Construct a knowledge base by integrating the contents of Medical Observation data element WS364-2011,so that the data elements with irrelevant contents,overlapping meanings can express distinctly the semantics of data,then to judge and infer knowledge semantics.Methods By reference to HL7RIM,ontology-based was used to construct the classes,class hierarchy,attributes and constraint relationships,and Protégéas an ontology construction tool was used to model the Medical Observation semantic model and knowledge base.Results By analyzing and summarizing the Medical Observation content of the value range of WS364-2011,the concepts,attributes and values range were refined,and the semantic model,knowledge base and reasoning rules writing of Medical Observation knowledge were realized.Conclusion The concepts in WS364-2011 can provide basic materials for the construction of Medical Observation semantic model and knowledge base,and the methods have a certain reference value for the construction of more perfect health information knowledge base in the future.
