摘要 为提高电气设备自动化变频速度调节性能,提出基于双馈调速装置的电气设备自动化变频速度调节方法。根据滑动窗口的分配,划分电气设备状态数据,利用高斯核函数监测设备运行状态,根据双馈调速装置实际转速和转差率,计算定子绕组反电动势,通过对反电动势和频率的同步控制,实现变频速度调节。实验结果表明,采用该文方法调节电气设备自动化变频速度后,在负载恒定和扰动条件下均可使电气设备在期望转速下运行,并且响应时间较短,提高了工作效率。 In order to improve the speed regulation performance of automatic frequency conversion of electrical equipment,a speed regulation method of automatic frequency conversion of electrical equipment based on double-fed speed regulation device is proposed.According to the allocation of the sliding window,divide the state data of electrical equipment,use the Gaussian kernel function to monitor the operating state of equipment,calculate the back EMF of the stator winding according to the actual speed and slip of the double-fed speed regulating device,and realize the speed regulation of frequency conversion through the synchronous control of the back EMF and frequency.The experimental results show that the method in this paper can control the electrical equipment to run at the expected speed under the conditions of constant load and disturbance after regulating the automatic frequency conversion speed of electrical equipment,and the response time is short,improve the working efficiency.
