摘要
文章主要利用Airpak软件对冷库内部的温度场进行模拟研究,并与实验数据进行了对比分析,得出开关门过程中冷库温度场的变化情况。通过改变冷风机的送风速度,可知随着送风速度的增加,冷库内的低温区域逐渐扩大。通过对以不同形式安装空气幕以及将冷风机布置在不同位置时的冷库内温度场分布情况进行模拟计算(即对不同工况下冷库内的温度场进行计算分析),可为冷库的设计和室内布置提供一定的参考依据。
This paper mainly uses Airpak software to simulate the temperature field inside the cold storage,and compares it with the experimental data,and obtains the change of the temperature field in the cold storage during the opening and closing process.By changing the air supply speed of the air cooler,it can be seen that with the increase of the air supply speed,the low temperature area in the cold storage gradually expands.By simulating the temperature field distribution in the cold storage when the air curtain is installed in different forms and the air cooler is arranged in different positions(that is,the temperature field in the cold storage under different working conditions is calculated and analyzed),it can provide certain reference basis for the design and indoor layout of the cold storage.
