Design of Building Energy Equipment Monitoring and Management System

设计研究楼宇设备管理系统以及阀门控制系统,实现智能楼宇的现代化控制方式。采用Webtalk通过BACnet IP协议将数据传输到网关,网关连接控制器,通过控制器控制管理楼宇末端设备。利用Vistools开发管理系统,功能整合成相应系统模块,完成控制器数据传输。利用组态界面模拟实际控件,开发空调组件、集水坑组件和楼宇中的信息采集控制界面,使楼宇管理者能够更加直观观察操作实际控件状态,实现检测数据显示与设备智能控制管理。

This paper designs and researches building equipment management systems and valve control systems to realize modern control methods for intelligent buildings.The data is transmitted to the gateway through the BACnet IP protocol by using Webtalk,the gateway is connected to the controller and the terminal equipment of the building is controlled and managed through the controller.It uses Vistools to develop management system,integrates functions into corresponding system modules,and completes controller data transmission.It uses the configuration interface to simulate the actual controls,develops the air-conditioning components,sump components and the information collection control interface in the building,so that the building manager can more intuitively observe the actual control state of the operation,and realize the detection of data display and equipment intelligent control management.
