摘要
文章介绍了一种汽车搬运器,该装置主要适用于停车区,主要用于解决当前日常生活中停车难、挪车难的问题。该汽车搬运器利用连接机构、支撑机构和夹持机构三部分核心结构,可实现对不同轴距的汽车进行搬运。文章基于Solidworks完成汽车搬运器结构装配设计及simulation插件的有限元分析,对该汽车搬运器结构分别进行应力应变有限元分析。验证了文章中汽车搬运器的强度、刚度和稳定性。
This paper introduces a car carrier,which is mainly suitable for parking area,mainly used to solve the current problems of difficulties in parking and moving cars in daily life.The car carrier uses the three core structures of the connection mechanism,the support mechanism and the clamping mechanism,which can realize to carry the cars with different wheelbases.Based on Solidworks,this paper completes the car carrier structure assembly design and the finite element analysis of simulation pluggable unit,and conducts the stress and strain finite element analysis of the car carrier structure respectively.The strength,stiffness and stability of the car carrier in this paper are verified.
