基于不完全齿轮转动技术的胸骨合拢器研究

摘要 大多数心脏大血管外科手术需要胸骨正中劈开术后进行固定,但传统的钢丝或者金属丝固定方式易造成胸骨撕裂,导致胸骨哆开,加重术后疼痛。为此,本研究设计了一种基于不完全齿轮转动技术的胸骨合拢器,通过术后将较圆润的合拢杆插入肋间隙,使用时转动传动工具带动齿轮转动,从而使术中的操作更为简便,实现了在不损伤胸骨的情况下就可以使其合拢,解决了传统方法引起的撕裂胸骨的临床问题。结果表明,本研究基于不完全齿轮原理的设计,可以使胸骨合拢器的固定、拆除更便捷,并能够有效节省手术时间。 Most cardiovascular surgery requires fixation after median sternotomy.However,traditional steel wire or metal wire fixation method is easy to cause sternum tearing,resulting in sternum cracking and aggravate the postoperative pain.Therefore,we provide a design of incomplete gear rotation sternal closure device.After the operation,a relatively round closure rod is inserted into the rib space,and the transmission tool is rotated to drive the gear to rotate during use.The operation is simple,which can achieve closure without damaging the sternum,and solve the problem of tearing the sternum caused by traditional methods.Besides,incomplete gear design makes the fixation and removal of sternal retractor more convenient,and effectively saves operation time.
