面向重症患者护理康复训练床的设计与研究

The Design and Research of Nursing Rehabilitation Training Bed for Critically Ill Patients

通过对重症患者早期康复护理的现状分析,结合康复训练床的工作原理,设计出一款面向重症患者护理康复训练床,实现康复运动功能,以减轻一线医护人员的工作强度,提升临床康复护理效果。为研究康复训练床的应用效果,选择下肢骨折患者60例,分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上使用护理康复训练床,所有患者均进行股骨颈、Ward、L_(2-4)区骨密度区骨密度24周康复检测,并对结果进行对比分析。结果显示,使用该训练床可有效减缓骨质流失,提升康复效果,且该床可为医护人员对重症患者进行早期康复运动提供帮助。

Based on the analysis of the status quo of early rehabilitation nursing for severe patients,combined with the working principle of rehabilitation training bed,a rehabilitation training bed for severe patients is designed to achieve rehabilitation exercise function,so as to reduce the work intensity of front-line medical staff and improve the effect of clinical rehabilitation nursing.In order to study the application effect of the rehabilitation training bed,60 patients with lower limb fracture were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases each.The observation group was treated with the nursing rehabilitation training bed on the basis of the treatment of the control group.All patients underwent 24-week rehabilitation detection of femoral neck,Ward and L_(2-4) bone mineral density area,and the results were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the use of the training bed can effectively reduce bone loss and improve the rehabilitation effect,and the bed can provide help for medical staff to carry out early rehabilitation exercise for severe patients.
