一种方便刹车与解刹的医用输液架

An Infusion Stand for Convenient Braking and Brake Release

目的:研制一种患者自主操作,方便刹车与解刹的医用输液架。方法:该输液架包括主杆、底盘、滑轮、挂杆、挂钩,主杆的外侧套接有外套筒,通过外套筒带动转盘转动,转盘与滑块之间通过螺旋凹槽与连接凸条相互配合连接,使得转盘转动时会带动滑块沿靠近或者远离主杆的方向滑动,底盘的顶面为上小下大的锥形面,滑块顺着底盘的顶面向主杆靠近或者远离时,会将刹车块升高或者降低,使得刹车块与支撑面不接触或者紧密接触,从而使输液架实现刹车与解刹。结果:该医用输液架各部件连接设计巧妙,可实现快速刹车及解刹,提高了使用者的使用体验。结论:该输液架结构牢固稳定,调节方便,患者只需站立完成,无需弯腰操作,无需他人辅助,患者本人可自主完成操作,大大地提高了输液架的实用性。

Objective:To develop an infusion stand that can be operated independently by patients and is convenient for braking and brake release.Methods:The infusion stand comprises a main rod,a chassis,a pulley,a hanging rod and a hook.The outer side of the main rod is sleeved with an outer sleeve,which drives the rotary table to rotate through the outer sleeve.The rotary table and the slider are connected with each other through a spiral groove and a connecting lug,so that when the rotary table rotates,it drives the slider to slide in the direction close to or far from the main rod.The top surface of the chassis is a conical surface with small upper surface and large lower surface,when the sliding block is close to or far away from the main rod along the top face of the chassis,it will raise or lower the brake block,so that the brake block will not contact or closely contact the supporting surface,so that the infusion frame can achieve braking and brake release.Results:The connection design of the components of the medical infusion stand was ingenious,which could realize quick braking and brake release,and improve the user’s experience.Conclusion:The structure of the infusion stand is firm and stable,and the adjustment is convenient.The patient only needs to stand up to complete the operation without bending down and assistance from others.The patient can complete the operation independently,which greatly improves the practicability of the infusion stand.
