多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中的应用进展

Application of Multi-Slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Intestinal Obstruction

肠梗阻是临床较为常见的外科急腹症,病情进展速度快,诊断困难,部分情况下可能导致患者死亡,因此及时准确诊断肠梗阻对于保障患者治疗效果具有重要意义。多层螺旋CT在肠梗阻诊断中具有较高的应用价值,其相比超声、X射线片以及磁共振成像等医学影像技术具有更高的诊断准确性。特别是通过多平面重建,诊断医师可以从多个角度和方位对梗阻部位进行观察,可以提升诊断结果的准确性和可靠性。目前,多层螺旋CT已经在临床肠梗阻诊断中得到了广泛应用,加深对多层螺旋CT以及肠梗阻的认识才能够取得更好的诊断效果。文章对不同位置肠梗阻解剖特点及病因进行分析,总结多层螺旋CT诊断肠梗阻的优势及技术要点,并重点对应用多层螺旋CT对肠梗阻鉴别诊断进行探讨,以期为临床肠梗阻疾病诊疗提供借鉴。

Intestinal obstruction is a common surgical acute abdomen in clinic.The disease progresses quickly and is difficult to diagnose.In some cases,it may lead to the death of patients.Therefore,timely and accurate diagnosis of intestinal obstruction is of great significance to ensure the treatment effect of patients.Multislice spiral CT has high application value in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction,which has higher diagnostic accuracy than medical imaging technologies such as ultrasound,X-ray film and magnetic resonance imaging.In particular,through multiplanar reconstruction,the diagnosis physician can observe the obstruction site from multiple angles and orientations,which can improve the accuracy and reliability of the diagnosis results.At present,multi-slice spiral CT has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis of intestinal obstruction,but only by deepening the understanding of multi-slice spiral CT and intestinal obstruction can we achieve better diagnostic results.This paper first analyzes the anatomical characteristics and etiology of intestinal obstruction at different positions,and then summarizes the advantages and technical points of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing intestinal obstruction.On this basis,it focuses on the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the differential diagnosis of intestinal obstruction,so as to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical intestinal obstruction diseases.
