彩色多普勒超声定位中心静脉置管术在血液透析中的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Central Venous Catheterization Guided by Color Doppler Ultrasound in Hemodialysis

目的:探究彩色多普勒超声定位中心静脉置管术用于血液透析的临床价值。方法:选取2018年7月~2020年6月在中一东北国际医院接受血液透析的102例终末期肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=51),两组均行中心静脉置管,对照组采取体表解剖定位法,观察组则采取彩色多普勒超声定位法,对比两组的1次穿刺成功情况、穿刺时间、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组1次穿刺成功率高于对照组,穿刺时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对血液透析患者应用彩色多普勒超声定位行中心静脉置管术的临床效果显著,可有效提高患者一次穿刺成功率,缩短穿刺耗时,且患者并发症发生少、安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of central venous catheterization guided by color Doppler ultrasound in hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with end-stage renal insufficiency who received hemodialysis in the Zhongyi Northeast International Hospital from July 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=51).In the control group,the central venous catheterization was performed according to the anatomical location of the body surface,the observation group was treated with central venous catheterization guided by color Doppler ultrasound.The success rate,puncture time and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The first puncture success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the puncture duration was shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of central venous catheterization guided by color Doppler ultrasound in hemodialysis has significant clinical effect,which can effectively improve the success rate of one-time puncture,shorten the puncture time,and has less complications and high safety.
