上消化道出血患者用消化内镜方式治疗的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Digestive Endoscopy in Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的:分析上消化道出血应用消化内镜治疗的临床效果。方法:选择本院上消化道出血患者共80例,数字表随机分为2组,观察组与对照组各40例,对照组患者给予常规保守药物治疗,观察组采取消化内镜方式治疗。比较两组上消化道出血停止时间、治疗前后患者生命体征的相关监测指标、治疗总有效率。结果:观察组上消化道出血停止时间短于对照组,治疗后患者生命体征的相关监测指标优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率97.50%(39例)高于对照组的75.00%(30例),P<0.05。结论:上消化道出血患者用消化内镜方式治疗效果确切,可缩短出血的时间,改善患者生命体征和提高治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients treated by digestive endoscopy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital were selected.The number table was randomly divided into 2 groups,the study group and the control group had 40 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional conservative drugs,and the observation group was treated with digestive endoscopy.Comparison of the stopping time of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,the relevant monitoring indicators of patients’vital signs before and after treatment,and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The upper gastrointestinal bleeding stopped time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.After treatment,the relevant monitoring indicators of the patient’s vital signs were better than those in the control group.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 39(97.50%)higher than that of the control group 30(75.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Endoscopic treatment for upper gastrointestinal bleeding is effective,can shorten the bleeding time,improve the patient's vital signs,and improve the treatment effect.
