无托槽隐形矫治器治疗前磨牙轻中度扭转的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of the Treatment of Mild and Moderate Torsion of Premolars with Invisible Orthodontic Appliance without Brackets

目的:分析在前磨牙轻中度扭转治疗中无托槽隐形矫治器的临床效果。方法:从2019年1月~2020年12月本院收治的前磨牙轻中度扭转患者中随机选择84例进行研究,将采取传统固定矫治器治疗患者纳入对照组,将采取无托槽隐形矫治器治疗的患者纳入观察组,每组各42例,观察两组患者的治疗情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率相较于对照组更高;观察组治疗后美观舒适度评分、语言功能评分、咀嚼功能评分以及便捷程度评分相较于对照组均更高;观察组的矫正总时间、转位牙扶正时间、倾斜牙扶正时间明显较对照组更长,组间数据比较差异较大(P<0.05)。结论:在前磨牙轻中度扭转的治疗中使用无托槽隐形矫治器可获得较好的矫正效果,尤其能够提高牙齿美观度与舒适度,改善咀嚼功能。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of invisible appliance without brackets in the treatment of mild and moderate torsion of premolars.Methods:Our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 time period,the treated premolars torsional randomly selected 84 cases of patients with mild to moderate,will take the traditional fixed appliance treatment patients included in the control group and will take no slot contact treatment of malocclusion patients into the observation group,42 cases in each group,observe the treatment of two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of aesthetic comfort,language function,chewing function and convenience in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Observation group of patients in the treatment of total time,longer than the control group,inclined teeth righting short when compared with control group,two groups of relatively large difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of mild and moderate torsion of premolars,the use of invisible orthodontic appliance without brackets can obtain a higher correction effect,especially improve the aesthetic degree and comfort of teeth,and improve the chewing function.
