射频消融治疗乳腺良性结节疗效的超声评价及其对免疫应答的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析射频消融治疗乳腺良性结节疗效的超声评价及其对免疫应答的影响。方法:选择2019年5月~2022年5月在本院接受治疗的乳腺良性结节患者180例,经随机数表法将所有入组患者分为对照组、观察组各90例,对照组患者接受药物保守治疗、观察组患者接受射频消融治疗,治疗后12周评估整体疗效、超声指标、T淋巴细胞亚群分布情况的差异。结果:观察组患者的疗效分级优于对照组患者,且治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05);病灶体积低于对照组患者,弹性Ratio比值高于对照组患者(P<0.05);循环血CD3^(+)T、CD4^(+)T比例及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T比值高于对照组患者,CD8^(+)T比例低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融可有效缩小乳腺良性结节体积并优化机体细胞免疫水平,是一种理想的非手术治疗措施。 Objective:To analyze the ultrasonic evaluation of radiofrequency ablation for benign breast nodules and its influence on immune response.Methods:A total of 180 patients with benign breast nodules were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022.All the enrolled patients were divided into control group and observation group with 90 patients in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group received conservative drug treatment,while patients in the observation group received radiofrequency ablation.The differences in overall efficacy,ultrasound indices,and distribution of T lymphocyte subsets were evaluated at 12 weeks after treatment.Results:The efficacy grading of observation group was better than that of control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The lesion volume was lower than control group,and the elastic Ratio was higher than control group(P<0.05).The proportion of CD3^(+)T,CD4^(+)T and the ratio of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T in circulating blood were higher than those in control group,and the proportion of CD8^(+)T was lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation can effectively reduce the volume of benign breast nodules and optimize cellular immunity,which is an ideal non-surgical treatment.
