腹腔镜与开放保留肾单位手术治疗小肾癌临床效果及安全性的对比分析

Comparative Study of Laparoscopic and Open Nephron Sparing Surgery for Small Renal Cell Carcinoma

目的:研究和探讨腹腔镜与开放保留肾单位手术治疗小肾癌的临床治疗效果和应用价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年12月本院收治的小肾癌患者88例,随机分为对照组(采用开放保留肾单位手术治疗,n=44)和观察组(采用腹腔镜保留肾单位手术治疗,n=44),对比和分析两组患者临床治疗情况和并发症发生率。结果:(1)观察组患者相关手术指标(包括手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量和胃肠道恢复时间)均好于对照组,P<0.05;(2)观察组患者并发症发生率13.64%低于对照组的25.00%,P<0.05。结论:与开放保留肾单位手术相比,腹腔镜手术临床治疗效果更佳,安全性更高。

Objective:Investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open nephron sparing surgery in the treatment of small renal cell carcinoma.Methods:88 patients with small renal cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(treated with open nephron sparing surgery,n=44)and an observation group(treated with laparoscopic nephron sparing surgery,n=44).The clinical treatment status and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:①The related operation indexes(including operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss and gastrointestinal recovery time)of the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.②The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 13.64%,lower than 25.00%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with open nephron sparing surgery,laparoscopic surgery has better therapeutic effect and higher safety.
