Ethicon Endo-Surgery超声清创水刀联合封闭负压引流技术在糖尿病足溃疡中的应用

Application of Ethicon Endo-Surgery Ultrasound Debridement Combined with Vacuum Sealing Drainage in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的:研究分析在手术治疗糖尿病足溃疡中采用Ethicon Endo-Surgery超声清创水刀联合封闭负压引流技术(VSD技术)的实际应用效果。方法:选取在2020年4月~2022年4月到本院进行诊疗的糖尿病足溃疡患者60例,平均分成观察组和对照组各30例,其中,对照组采取传统外科清创技术联合VSD技术治疗手段,而观察组则采取Ethicon Endo-Surgery超声清创水刀联合VSD技术的手术治疗手段。结果:在对比观察组和对照组相关实验数据后可以发现,观察组患者的溃疡处清创效果明显更加优异,患者的疼痛感缓解效果优于对照组,而且足背部动脉血流动力学指标优于对照组,上述三点比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的治疗不良反应并无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Ethicon Endo-Surgery超声清创水刀联合封闭负压引流技术(VSD技术)的整体手术治疗效果要更加突出,非常适合糖尿病足溃疡患者的清创手术处理,手术治疗安全性高。

Objective:To study and analyze the effect of Ethicon Endo-Surgery ultrasound debridement combined with VSD technique in the surgical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods:60 patients with diabetic foot ulcer were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)from April 2020 to April 2022,the control group was treated with traditional surgical debridement combined with VSD,while the observation group was treated with Ethicon Endo-Surgery ultrasonic debridement combined with VSD.Results:After comparing the relevant experimental data of the observation group and the control group,it can be found that the debridement effect of the ulcer of the observation group patients is significantly better,the pain relief effect of the patients is better than that of the control group,and the hemodynamic indexes of the dorsal artery of the foot are better than that of the control group,and the above three comparison differences are statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the treatment adverse reactions between the two groups of patients,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ethicon Endo-Surgery combined with ultrasonic debridement and vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)is more effective in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,the safety of surgical treatment is high.
