电子喉镜在耳鼻喉疾病诊治中的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨电子喉镜在耳鼻喉疾病诊治中的临床效果。方法:选取2020年10月~2021年12月医院进行治疗的耳鼻喉疾病患者108例,所有患者表面麻醉后进行电子喉镜探入患者病变组织部位进行检测,根据具体情况进行诊断治疗,并对效果情况进行分析。结果:108例耳鼻喉患者检测中存在慢性咽喉炎25例,咽部异物患者21例,声带息肉13例,声带白斑12例,声带小结15例,会厌囊肿8例,声带麻痹2例,鼻出血2例,鼻窦炎10例;在108例患者中有52例患者在电子喉镜下进行手术治疗,主要为18例存在咽部异物患者在电子喉镜下做异物取出手术,9例小面积声带白斑患者,12例声带息肉患者以及13例声带小结患者做切除手术治疗。结论:对于耳鼻喉疾病广泛使用电子喉镜进行诊断,能够有效提高准确率,同时电子喉镜在使用过程中对机体创伤较小,操作简单,使用中与电脑相连及时保存图像数据,有利于后期治疗。 Objective:To explore the clinical observation of electronic laryngoscope in the diagnosis and treatment of otorhinolaryngology.Methods:A total of 108 patients with otorhinolaryngological diseases were selected from the hospital from October 2020 to December 2021.After surface anesthesia,all patients were examined by electronic laryngoscopy into the diseased tissue of the patients.Diagnosis and treatment were conducted according to the specific situation,and the effect was analyzed.Results:Chronic pharyngitis was found 25 cases in 108 Otorhinolaryngology cases,foreign body in pharynx was found in 21 cases,vocal cord polyp was found in 13 cases,vocal cord leukoploma was found in 12 cases,vocal cord nodule was found in 15 cases,epiglottic cyst was found in 8 cases,vocal cord paralysis was found in 2 cases,nasal bleeding was found in 2 cases and sinusitis was found in 10 cases.Among the 108 patients,52 patients received surgical treatment under electronic laryngoscope,including 18 patients with pharyngeal foreign body receiving foreign body removal under electronic laryngoscope,9 patients with small vocal cord day shift,12 patients with vocal cord polyps and 13 patients with vocal nodules receiving surgical treatment.Conclusion:Electronic laryngoscope is widely used for diagnosis of otorhinolaryngology,which can effectively improve the accuracy.At the same time,electronic laryngoscope has less trauma to the body in the process of use,and it is simple to operate.In use,electronic laryngoscope is connected with the computer to save the image data in time,which is conducive to the later treatment.
