振动排痰仪辅助排痰对脑卒中并发肺部感染患者排痰效果及肺功能的影响分析

Effect of Vibration Sputum Expelling Instrument on Sputum Expelling Effect and Pulmonary Function in Patients with Stroke Complicated with Pulmonary Infection

目的:探讨振动排痰仪辅助排痰对脑卒中并发肺部感染患者的排痰效果。方法:选取2020年5月~2021年4月本院收治的88例脑卒中并发肺部感染患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分成2组,各44例。对照组单纯人工扣背排痰,观察组在人工排痰基础上应用振动排痰仪辅助排痰。对比两组患者的排痰效果及肺功能变化、并发症发生率及体征改善时间。结果:观察组排痰总有效率为93.18%(41/44),对照组排痰总有效率为75.00%(33/44),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者的肺功能指标第1s呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)对比差异不显著(P>0.05);干预后观察组FEV1、FVC大于对照组,大于干预前(P<0.05)。观察组肺不张、呼吸困难、窒息的总发生率为2.27%(1/44),对照组肺不张、呼吸困难、窒息的总发生率为18.18%(8/44),两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组血氧饱和度复常时间、肺部感染缓解时间、肺部哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振动排痰仪对促进排痰有良好效果,可促进患者痰液的排出,改善患者的肺功能,使患者相关并发症发生率降低,症状体征改善时间缩短,在疾病的治疗中取得理想的效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of vibration expectoration instrument assisted expectoration on patients with stroke complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods:88 patients with stroke complicated with pulmonary infection treated in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 44 cases in each group.In the control group,sputum was excreted manually,while in the observation group,vibration sputum excretion instrument was used to assist sputum excretion on the basis of artificial sputum excretion.The sputum excretion effect,changes of pulmonary function,incidence of complications and improvement time of signs were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of expectoration was 93.18%(41/44)in the observation group and 75.00%(33/44)in the control group,which was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the first second expiratory volume(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)between the two groups(P>0.05);After intervention,FEV1 and FVC in the observation group were greater than those in the control group and before intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of atelectasis,dyspnea and asphyxia was 2.27%(1/44)in the observation group and 18.18%(8/44)in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The recovery time of blood oxygen saturation,remission time of pulmonary infection,disappearance time of pulmonary wheezing and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vibration expectoration instrument has a good effect on promoting expectoration.It can promote the elimination of patients’sputum,improve patients’lung function,reduce the incidence of patients’related complications,shorten the improvement time of symptoms and signs,and achieve ideal results in the treatment of diseases.
