全生命周期管理在超声影像设备维修费用管理中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:本次研究主要分析超声影像设备维修费用管理中运用全生命周期管理的效果。方法:研究开展时间为2021年5月~2022年6月,研究对象为本院的20台超声影像设备,设备在2021年5月~2021年12月进行传统设备维护管理模式,其作为研究对比组。设备在2022年1月~2022年6月进行全生命周期管理,其作为研究实验组。观察超声影像设备使用满意度评分、设备合格率与故障频次、运行维修费用。结果:实验组的设备使用满意度评分、设备合格率与故障频次、运行维修费用均要好于对比组,P<0.05。结论:超声影像设备维修费用管理中科学运用全生命周期管理,有利于减少设备维修费用。 Objective:This study mainly analyzes the effect of applying full life cycle management in the maintenance cost management of ultrasonic imaging equipment.Methods:The study was carried out from May 2021 to June 2022.The subjects of the study were 20 ultrasound imaging equipment of our hospital.The traditional equipment maintenance and management mode was carried out for the equipment from May 2021 to December 2021,which served as the study comparison group.The whole life cycle management of the equipment will be conducted from January 2022 to June 2022,and it will serve as the research and experimental group.Observe the use satisfaction score of ultrasonic imaging equipment,equipment qualification rate and failure frequency,and operation and maintenance costs.Results:The score of equipment use satisfaction,equipment qualification rate and failure frequency,operation and maintenance cost of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The scientific application of full life cycle management in the maintenance cost management of ultrasonic imaging equipment is beneficial to reduce the maintenance cost of equipment.
