The Role of Disinfection Supply Center in Controlling Nosocomial Infection After Centralized Management

目的:探讨消毒供应中心采用集中管理后对控制医院感染的临床作用。方法:本院消毒供应中心于2021年2月开始实施集中管理,分别从管理前(2020年1月~2021年1月)和管理后(2021年2月~2022年1月)各抽取200件回收待处理医疗器械作为研究对象进行分析,管理前、管理后采用的管理方法分别为常规管理、集中管理,对比管理前后医疗器械的清洗达标率、质量控制效果,同时管理前后各选取200例使用本研究纳入医疗器械的患者作为观察对象,对管理前后的医院感染发生情况进行比较。结果:管理后腔镜、喉镜、鼻窥、手术器械、镊子、容器类、剪刀类、止血钳的清洗达标率均较管理前高(P<0.05);管理后软组织感染、导管相关感染、脑部相关感染、伤口相关感染和血流相关感染的发生率均较管理前低(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心实施集中管理的效果较显著,不仅能有效提高医疗器械的清洗达标率,还能降低医院感染发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of centralized management in disinfection supply center on the control of nosocomial infection.Methods:The Disinfection Supply Center of our hospital began to implement centralized management in February 2021.200 pieces of medical devices to be recovered were selected as research objects respectively before management(January 2020 to January 2021)and after management(February 2021 to January 2022).Before and after management,conventional management and centralized management were adopted respectively.The standard cleaning rate and quality control effect of medical devices before and after management were compared.At the same time,200 patients using medical devices included in this study were selected as observation objects before and after management to compare the occurrence of nosocomial infections before and after management.Results:After management,the clear compliance rates of endoscopic,laryngoscope,nasal speculum,surgical instruments,tweezers,containers,scissors and hemostatic forceps were higher than those before management(P<0.05).The incidence of soft tissue infection,catheter associated infection,brain associated infection,wound associated infection and bloodstream associated infection were all lower after management than before management(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of centralized management in disinfection supply center is remarkable,which can not only effectively improve the clear standard rate of medical devices,but also reduce the incidence of hospital infection,which can be further promoted in clinic.
