五常法在心血管重症监护室仪器护理管理中应用的效果

Application Effect of Five Routine Method in Instrument Nursing Management of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit

目的:探究在心血管重症监护室仪器护理管理中五常法的应用效果。方法:本次研究对象为34台本院心血管重症监护室仪器,2019年1月~2019年12月未应用五常法管理,2020年1月~2020年12月应用五常法管理,比较管理前后仪器管理效果、医生满意度。结果:管理后除颤仪故障率为2.7%、心电监护设备故障率为2.42%、吸痰器故障率为4.05%、心电图机故障率为0.25%、呼吸机故障率为7.69%,明显低于管理前的16.67%、5.35%、14.15%、3.46%、28.89%,统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。管理后医生对仪器的总满意率为100%,明显高于管理前的73.33%,统计学意义成立(P<0.05);与管理前的检查评分(82.35±3.65)分、清洁评分(82.35±3.44)分和保养评分(81.25±4.36)分相比,管理后的(93.53±4.15)分、(94.25±4.15)分和(93.25±4.15)分均明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论:心血管重症监护室仪器护理管理中应用五常法,能保证仪器的完好性、有效性,减少故障,让医生更加满意,也为患者治疗提供保障。

Objective:To explore the application effect of five routine method in the instrument nursing management of cardiovascular intensive care unit.Methods:The subjects of this study were 34 instruments in the cardiovascular intensive care unit of our hospital.From January 2019 to December 2019,the five routine method was not used for management,and from January 2020 to December 2020,the five routine method was used for management.The instrument management effect and doctor satisfaction before and after management were compared.Results:After management,the failure rate of defibrillator,ECG monitoring equipment,sputum aspirator,ECG and ventilator was 2.7%,2.42%,4.05%,0.25%and 7.69%,which were significantly lower than those before management(16.67%,5.35%,14.15%,3.46%and 28.89%,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of doctors to the instrument after management was 100%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%before management(P<0.05);Compared with the examination score before management(82.35±3.65),cleaning score(82.35±3.44)and maintenance score(81.25±4.36),compared with(93.53±4.15),(94.25±4.15)and(93.25±4.15)were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of five routine method in the management of instrument nursing in cardiovascular intensive care unit can ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the instrument,reduce failures,make doctors more satisfied,and provide protection for patients’treatment.
