移动数字X射线摄影(DR)放射防护及智能曝光控制器的设计与研制 被引量:1

摘要 目的:设计一种具有放射防护及智能曝光控制功能的移动数字X射线摄影(DR),减轻X射线对受检者的辐射损伤。方法:研制的移动DR设备由放射防护部分、高压发生部分、智能曝光控制部分和图像显示部分组成。选择2000g新生儿模体在不同曝光条件开展对照试验进行效果验证。结果:观察组采用具有放射防护及智能曝光控制功能的移动DR摄片操作时间明显短于对照组采用移动DR和防护车组合拍片(P<0.05)。观察组不同曝光条件下体表入射剂量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组DR图像质量主观评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:本研究设计的具有放射防护及智能曝光控制功能移动DR既能够满足DR放射防护需要,不影响图像质量,并可大幅提高放射技师的工作效率。 Objective:In this study,a mobile DR with radiation protection and intelligent exposure control function is designed to reduce the radiation damage of X-ray to the subject and staff.Methods:The developed mobile DR device is composed of radiation protection part,high-voltage generation part,intelligent exposure control part and image display part.Choose.2000g neonatal phantom was selected to carry out a control test under different exposure conditions to verify the effect.Results:The operation time of using mobile DR with radiation protection and intelligent exposure control function in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of using mobile DR and protective vehicle combination in the control group(P<0.05).The average radiation dose of one exposure in the experimental group under different exposure conditions was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the subjective score of DR image quality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The mobile DR with radiation protection and intelligent exposure control function designed in this study can not only meet the needs of DR radiation protection without affecting the image quality,but also greatly improve the work efficiency of radiologists.
