Developing An Emergency Backup System for Outpatient and Emergency Clinic in a National Children’s Medical Center

介绍一种适用于医院信息系统常见故障状态下的门急诊应急系统的特点和研发过程。该系统基于局部区域内的终端在区域交换机下独立成网运行。在常规信息系统支持的门急诊业务流程陷入中断的情形下,该应急系统以离线静态二维码为载体保障医疗数据传递的准确性和完整性。该系统能支持在发生医院信息系统故障的情况下,门急诊医疗业务仍可以便捷、稳定、连续开展。

To introduces the development and implementation of a backup hospital information system in the outpatient clinic for the accident shutdown of the daily information system.This backup hospital information system works based on the terminals in the same local area,and it runs independently under a local network.In case of interruption of information system in the outpatient clinic and emergency department,the backup information system generates a QR code on paper as an alternative data transmission media.This system initially developed a new offline transmission method to ensure the accuracy and integrity of medical data during information system shutdown.The system can support the medical services to be convenient,stable,and continuous in hospital information system failure.
