摘要
目的:研制一种可稳定微调节的医用康复拐杖。方法:该研究起止年月:2020年1月1日~2022年12月31日。该医用康复拐杖,包括手柄、上支撑杆、下支撑杆与支撑脚,上支撑杆与下支撑杆之间设置有止转件,利用止转件限制下支撑杆与上支撑杆之间的相对转动,实现对整体的高度调节,并且可调节的最小高度差更小,实现高度的微调。结果:该医用康复拐杖各部件连接设计巧妙,可实现较高精度的微调,提高了使用者的使用体验。结论:该医用康复拐杖结构牢固稳定,调节方便,能适应不同身形的患者使用。
Objective:To develop a stable and micro adjustable medical rehabilitation crutch.Methods:The study started and ended from January 1,2020 to December 31,2022.The medical rehabilitation crutch includes a handle,an upper support rod,a lower support rod and a support foot.A rotation stopper is arranged between the upper support rod and the lower support rod.The rotation stopper is used to limit the relative rotation between the lower support rod and the upper support rod,so as to achieve the overall height adjustment.The minimum height difference that can be adjusted is smaller,so as to achieve the fine adjustment of the height.Results:The components of the medical rehabilitation crutch were ingeniously connected,which could achieve fine adjustment of the height and improve the user’s experience.Conclusion:The medical rehabilitation crutch is firm and stable in structure,easy to adjust,and can be used by patients with different body shapes.
