Research Progress on the Effect of Intrauterine Device on Reproductive System Infection

文章旨在综述宫内节育器对生殖系统感染的影响。宫内节育器是目前育龄女性的主要避孕措施,安全性与有效性均较好。对于宫腔来说,宫内节育器属于一种异物,放入宫内节育器之后可能会对宫腔内微环境产生一定的影响,甚至会引起子宫产生不良反应。为此文章主要综述近年来宫内节育器对生殖系统感染等并发症的相关研究。

To review the effects of IUDs on reproductive system infections.Intrauterine devices are currently the main contraceptive measures for women of childbearing age,and their safety and efficacy are good.For the uterine cavity,the IUD is a foreign body,and the insertion of the IUD may have a certain impact on the intrauterine microenvironment,and even cause adverse reactions to the uterus.To this end,this paper mainly reviews the relevant research on complications of intrauterine devices on reproductive system infections in recent years.
