胸腔镜微创治疗对纵隔肿瘤患者疼痛应激反应、凝血功能和炎性反应的影响

Effects of Thoracoscopic Minimally Invasive Therapy on Pain Stress Response,Coagulation Function and Inflammatory Response in Patients with Mediastinal Tumors

目的:研究胸腔镜微创治疗对纵隔肿瘤患者疼痛应激反应、凝血功能和炎性反应的影响。方法:选取2019年1月~2021年6月天津北大医疗海洋石油医院收治的74例纵隔肿瘤患者为研究对象。将患者分为对照组和观察组,分别给予开胸手术治疗和胸腔镜微创治疗,观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、引流管留置时间、住院时间,以及治疗前后的疼痛应激反应指标、凝血功能指标和炎性反应指标。结果:两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术中出血量、引流管留置时间和住院时间均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组疼痛应激反应指标、凝血功能指标和炎性反应指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜微创治疗纵隔肿瘤患者,可以降低患者术后疼痛应激反应和炎性反应,保持血流动力学特征平稳,效果显著。

Objective:To study the effects of thoracoscopic minimally invasive treatment on pain stress response,coagulation function and inflammatory response in patients with mediastinal tumors.Methods:74 patients with mediastinal admitted to PKU Care CNOOC Hospital,Tianjin from January 2019 to June 2021 were divided into control group and study group,and were given thoracotomy and thoracoscopic minimally invasive treatment respectively.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,indwelling time of drainage tube,hospital stay,pain stress response index,coagulation function index and inflammatory response index before and after treatment were observed.Results:There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding,indwelling time of drainage tube and hospital stay in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of pain stress response,coagulation function and inflammatory response in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic minimally invasive treatment of patients with mediastinal tumors can reduce postoperative pain stress response and inflammatory response.
