阳极氧化表面处理制备纳米二氧化钛管对纯钛支架义齿生物相容性的影响

摘要 目的:探讨阳极氧化表面处理制备纳米二氧化钛管对纯钛支架义齿生物相容性的影响。方法:在2018年11月~2019年8月来本院口腔科接受纯钛支架义齿修复的牙列缺失患中,随机选择10例愿意参加该项研究的患者作为研究对象。随机选取每位患者上下纯钛支架中的一个进行阳极氧化表面处理,制备纳米二氧化钛管阵列,作为观察组,对颌纯钛支架作为对照组。统计分析两组患者的分光光度计值、细胞增殖数量、细胞分化情况、临床满意度。结果:观察组患者1:3稀释、1:15稀释的分光光度计值均高于对照组(t=4.743,4.243,P<0.05)。观察组患者第2天、第4天的细胞增殖数量均多于对照组(t=6.350,20.958,P<0.05)。观察组患者第4天的细胞分化碱性磷酸酶活性低于对照组(t=10.138,P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床满意度100.00%(5/5)高于对照组60.00%(3/5)(χ^(2)=14.450,P<0.05)。结论:阳极氧化表面处理制备纳米二氧化钛管能够有效提升纯钛支架义齿生物相容性。 Objective:To investigate the effect of anodic oxidation surface treatment nano-TiO_(2) tubes on the biocompatibility of pure titanium stent denture.Methods:From November 2018 to August 2019,10 patients who were willing to participate in this study were randomly selected as the experimental subjects among denture loss patients who received pure titanium stent denture in our department of Stomatology.1 of the upper and lower pure titanium scaffolds of each patient was randomly selected for anodic surface treatment to prepare nano-sized titanium dioxide tube array as the experimental group and the pure titanium scaffolds as the control group.The spectrophotometer value,the number of cell proliferation,cell differentiation and clinical satisfaction of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The 1:3 dilution and 1:15 dilution spectrophotometer values in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.743,4.243,P<0.05).The number of cell proliferation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group at the 2nd and 4th day(t=6.350,20.958,P<0.05).The activity of differentiated alkaline phosphatase in experimental group was lower than that in control group at 4th day(t=10.138,P<0.05).The clinical satisfaction of the experimental group was 100.00%(5/5)higher than that of the control group(60.00% 3/5)(χ^(2)=14.450,P<0.05).Conclusion:Anodic oxidation surface treatment can effectively improve the biocompatibility of pure titanium stent denture.
