Fine Management and Effect Analysis of Medical Equipment in Blood Station

目的:研究血站医疗设备精细化管理的作用。方法:随机选取本中心目前使用的大型采供血医疗设备35件,普通采供血医疗设备210件为实验组。对照组选用同时期购入的同品牌的仪器,其中大型采供血医疗设备10件,普通采供血医疗设备60件。对不同组的设备维修效率和维修质量进行比较。结果:在通过精细化管理后,实验组无论是大型采供血医疗设备还是普通采供血医疗设备的维护效率和质量明显高于对照组。结论:医疗设备的精细化管理可以降低仪器故障的发生风险,提高维修的效率。

Objective:To study the role of refined management of medical equipment in blood stations.Methods:35 large blood collection and supply medical machines currently used in our center were randomly selected,and 210 general bloodcollection and supply medical machines were selected as the experimental group.10 large blood collection and supply medical machines with the same brand purchased during the same period were randomly selected,and 60 general blood collection and supply medical machines were selected as control group.The equipment maintenance efficiency and maintenance quality of different groups are compared.Results:After the refined management,the maintenance efficiency and quality of both large-scale blood collection and supply medical equipment and ordinary blood collection and supply medical equipment were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:The refined management of medical equipment can reduce the risk of instrument malfunction and improve the efficiency of maintenance.
