摘要
目的:探讨低温灭菌在宫腔镜器械消毒灭菌中的效果。方法:选择2020年3月~2022年2月消毒供应中心处理的160件宫腔镜器械为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各80件。两组宫腔镜器械先清洗,再灭菌处理,对照组采用化学浸泡法进行灭菌,观察组采用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌,对比两组灭菌故障率、清洗灭菌合格率、灭菌质量指标和器械全表面菌落数量。结果:观察组宫腔镜器械消毒灭菌故障率(2.50%,1/80)显著低于对照组(12.50%,10/80)(P<0.05)。观察组宫腔镜器械消毒灭菌合格率(100.00%,80/80)显著高于对照组(93.75%,75/80)(P<0.05)。观察组器械灭菌时间(56.36±5.12)min显著低于对照组(624.59±118.78)min(P<0.05)。观察组消毒灭菌后菌落数值(1.92±0.45)CFU/mL显著低于对照组(3.32±0.98)CFU/mL(P<0.05)。结论:过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌效果较好,可减少器械损耗,缩短整机灭菌周期。
Objective:To explore the effect of low temperature sterilization in sterilization of hysteroscopic instruments.Methods:160 hysteroscopic instruments(from March 2020 to February 2022)processed by the disinfection supply center of our hospital were randomly divided into control group and H2 O_(2) ion group,with 80 pieces each.The hysteroscopic instruments in the two groups were cleaned first and then sterilized.The control group was sterilized by chemical immersion method.The H2 O_(2) ion group was sterilized by hydrogen peroxide plasma at low temperature.The sterilization failure rate,cleaning and sterilization qualification rate,sterilization quality index and the number of bacteria on the whole surface of the instruments were compared between the two groups.Results:The failure rate of sterilization of hysteroscopic instruments in H2 O_(2) ion group(2.50%,1/80)was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.50%,10/80)(P<0.05).The qualified rate of sterilization of hysteroscopic instruments in H2 O_(2) ion group(100.00%,80/80)was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.75%,75/80)(P<0.05).The sterilization time of instruments in the H2 O_(2) ion group(56.36±5.12)min was significantly lower than that in the control group(624.59±118.78)min(P<0.05).The colony value of H2 O_(2) ion group after sterilization(1.92±0.45)CFU/mL was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.32±0.98)CFU/mL(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hydrogen peroxide plasma low-temperature sterilization has good effect,can reduce the loss of instruments,shorten the sterilization cycle of the whole machine.
