地区电网容载比的影响因素与对策研究

摘要 容载比是35 kV及以上电网规划中衡量供电能力的重要性宏观指标。文章针对现行《配电网规划设计技术导则》中容载比定义中未考虑35 kV及以下分布式电源出力的影响,通过对目前榆林地区容载比超标原因、容载比的影响因素和偏高原因展开详细分析,进而在规划期提出相应降低容载比的对策,对其他地区电网建设和电网精准投资提供一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。 The capacity-load ratio is an important macro index for measuring the power supply capacity in power grid planning of 35 kV and above.Aiming at the problem that the influence of the output of a distributed power supply of 35 kV or below is not considered in the capacity-load ratio definition in the existing‘power distribution network planning design technical guide’,the influence factors and the high reasons influencing the capacity-load ratio are analyzed in detail by analyzing the reason why the capacity-load ratio exceeds the standard in YuLin area at present,and then countermeasures for correspondingly reducing the capacity-load ratio are provided in the planning period,so that certain reference significance and reference value are provided for power grid construction and accurate investment of power grid in other regions.
