摘要
针对传统的面向绝缘子检测的高光谱系统存在照明光源时间长导致表面温度高、扫描速率慢、装置尺寸大、信号光敏感度弱、衍射效率低、杂散光多等问题,文章构建出一种小型化成像光谱仪系统。设计LED照明光源系统以降低热光源温度。采用易于维护的低线对透射光栅以实现光谱分光,提高衍射效率,减少杂散光。通过旋转镜片为扫描元件来实现不同视场角数据的采集以提高扫描速度和兼容小型化系统设计。使用所研制的旋转高光谱扫描3组样本获取并比较空间图像与实物图像的差异来验证系统性能。该系统结构紧凑,使用方便,具有应用至绝缘子在线检测领域的潜力,可应用于不同老化程度的绝缘子反射光谱检测中。
Aiming at the problems of traditional hyperspectral system,such as high surface temperature,slow scanning rate,large device size,weak signal light sensitivity,low diffraction efficiency,and more stray light caused by long illumination time,a miniaturized imaging spectrometer system is constructed in this paper.First,the LED lighting source system is designed to reduce the temperature of the thermal light source.Second,low pair transmission gratings that are easy to maintain are used to achieve spectral light splitting,improve diffraction efficiency and reduce stray light.Third,the rotating lens is used as the scanning element to realize the data acquisition of different field of view angles to improve the scanning speed and compatible with the miniaturization system design.Then,the system performance is verified by obtaining and comparing the difference between the spatial image and the physical image using the three groups of samples of the developed rotational hyperspectral scanning.Finally,the system is applied to the insulator reflection spectrum detection of different aging degrees.The system is compact in structure and easy to use.It has the potential to be applied to the field of insulator online detection in the future.
