新发展阶段宁夏地区煤电企业转型发展策略研究

摘要 在清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系构建过程中,传统煤电企业如何主动适应能源转型要求,准确把握煤电的功能定位,对确保电力供应安全和企业高质量发展尤为重要。宁夏是我国最重要的能源基地之一,宁夏地区的煤电转型发展关系到区域能源转型进程,也将对其它地区的煤电转型提供重要的借鉴和参考。文章对宁夏地区煤电发展现状进行了分析,发现煤电机组现阶段运行负荷率严重偏低,并带来了高煤耗的问题。对比分析多种典型场景下煤电机组的负荷分配方式,发现文章提出的两种负荷分配优化方式均可以降低机组集群的总煤耗,但通过部分机组启停使高效机组承担更多的负荷,可进一步降低集群的煤耗。文章还对宁夏地区煤电企业的转型发展提出了建议。 In the process of building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system,it is particularly important for traditional coal power enterprises to actively adapt to the requirements of energy transformation and accurately grasp the functional orientation of coal power to ensure the safety of power supply and high-quality development of enterprises.Ningxia is one of the most important energy bases in China.The transformation and development of coal power in Ningxia is related to the process of regional energy transformation,and will also provide important reference for the transformation of coal power in other regions.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current situation of coal power development in Ningxia,and finds that the operating load rate of coal power unit is seriously low at the present stage,which brings about the problem of high coal consumption;Secondly,it compares and analyzes the load distribution methods of coal-fired power units under various typical scenarios,and finds that the two load distribution optimization methods proposed in the article can reduce the total coal consumption of the unit cluster,but the coal consumption of the cluster can be further reduced by starting and stopping some units to make efficient units bear more load;Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the transformation and development of coal power enterprises in Ningxia.
