南水北调东线一期工程调度运行管理系统边缘网关与物联网平台应用

摘要 南水北调东线一期工程全线14座泵站的运行数据原本在各现场泵站保存。从建成至今的历年运行中,数据分散、格式不统一无法集中管理、数据丢失等情况屡见不鲜。为了更好地收集、管理各站运行数据,从工业自动化走向智能化,水源公司在泵站现场部署一套边缘网关软件,负责将现地站的监控数据在网络正常和异常断网情况下传输到监控中心的专有云,实现数据及设备接入、物模型转换;在省公司调度中心部署一套统一物联网平台,负责全线泵站PLC、传感器以及未来扩展物联网设备的统一接入与管理,负责全线泵站数据的统一清洗、处理、存储与交互以及各类水利事件的运营管理,实现现地边缘端与云端交互与数据存储。 The operation data of 14 pumping stations along the first phase of the Eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project is originally stored in each field pumping station.In the years of operation since its establishment,data dispersion,inconsistent format,data loss and other situations are common.In order to better collect and manage the operation data of each station,the Water Source Company has deployed a set of edge gateway software on the pump station site,which is responsible for transmitting the monitoring data of the local station to the private cloud of the monitoring center in the case of normal or abnormal network disconnection,so as to realize data and equipment access and object model conversion.The provincial company has deployed an unified Internet platform,which is responsible for all the pump station of PLC,sensor and future extension unified access and management of Internet equipment,and responsible for the pumping station data cleaning,processing,storage and interaction,and all kinds of water conservancy event operations management,to implement the edge field interacting with the cloud and data storage.
