摘要
针对西铭矿坚硬顶板48712工作面矿压显现剧烈问题,采用高、低位水力压裂钻孔交错布置技术对48712工作面顶板进行弱化,本文设计了水力压裂弱化顶板技术参数,并进行现场应用。结果表明:采用水力压裂后,相邻两压裂孔内出现导通裂隙,压裂钻孔影响半径大于4 m,压裂效果较为理想;48712工作面初采期间矿压监测结果表明,采取水力压裂弱化顶板后,工作面来压强度明显降低。
In view of the severe ground pressure behavior of the hard roof at 48712 working face in Ximing mine,the author presents the high and low hydro-fracturing drilling staggered arrangement technology to weaken the roof,whose field results show that after hydro-fracturing,there are conduction fractures in the two adjacent fracturing holes with ideal fracturing effect with more than 4-meter influence radius of the fracturing borehole;the pressure intensity of the working face is significantly reduced according to the ground pressure monitoring results during the initial mining at 48712 working face.
