大断面泥岩顶底板回采巷道支护技术优化 被引量:2

摘要 针对王庄煤矿3号煤层工作面顶底板为泥岩,回采巷道变形大的难题,开展了巷道支护优化技术研究。现场观测表明,3号煤层顶板变形具有阶段性,变形时间长,顶板下沉量大。分析认为,巷道顶底板为泥岩、顶板支护强度不足、支护体未形成整体承载结构是变形破坏的主要原因。为此提出了高强螺纹钢锚杆+W钢带+单体锚索、桁架锚索+槽钢支护方案,分析了该支护结构的作用机理。现场应用表明,采用优化支护方案后,巷道变形速率明显减小,保证了工作面的正常生产。 Aiming at the large deformation of gateway at No.3 coal face with sandstone roof and floor in Wangzhuang Colliery,the author probes into the gateway support optimization through field observation which shows that the deformation and failure result from the sandstone roof and floor,insufficient roof support strength and unformed overall bearing structure of the support body,and proposes the support scheme with high-strength-thread-steel bolt,W-typed steel strip,single anchor,truss cable and channel steel,whose field application shows that the optimized scheme can significantly reduce the roadway deformation rate and ensure the normal production of the working face.
