摘要
针对申南凹煤矿20108综采工作面回风巷顶板围岩破碎松散、难以支护的问题,通过钻孔窥视,发现巷道顶板泥岩层已完全破碎,且顶板围岩破坏松动范围达到了5 m。分析得出造成20108综采工作面回风巷顶板破碎难以维护的主要原因是:围岩强度较低、破坏范围大及支护参数不合理;基于此提出了“锚喷注”一体化围岩加固技术,并采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件验证了改进支护方案的可行性。现场应用改进后的支护方案结果表明:巷道围岩整体变形量较小,新支护方案满足矿井安全高效生产需求。
Aiming at the problems of soft and broken surrounding rock and difficultly-supported roof at ventilation roadway at 20108 full-mechanized caving face of Shennan’ao Colliery,the author proposes the integrated technology of surrounding rock reinforcement with bolt-shotcrete and grouting aiming at low surrounding rock strength,large failure range and unreasonable support parameter,which is verified to reduce the whole surrounding rock deformation by FLAC3D numerical simulation and meet the requirement of safe and efficient production.
