摘要 设计了一种自动提高液压支架初撑力的装置,即自动加压控制装置,以提高液压支架立柱底腔压力,缩短立柱运行时间,有效支撑综采工作面顶板,防止顶板离层造成冒顶事故。在不改变液压支架液阀组结构、不影响进液和升支架正常工作的情况下,保证了综采工作面安全生产。该装置采用液压机械技术,结构简单,安全可靠。通过对液压支架液压回路的模拟分析和现场试验,液压支架液压系统稳定,增压效果好,振动小,具有很好的推广应用价值。 The paper introduces a design of an automatic pressurization control device that can automatically increase the setting force of hydraulic support to increase the pressure of the bottom cavity of the hydraulic support column,shorten the operating time of the column,effectively support the roof of the fully-mechanized mining face,and prevent roof falling accidents caused by roof bed separation,which adopts the hydraulic mechanical technology and has a good popularization and application value for its simple structure,safe and reliable hydraulic system with good pressurization effect and small vibration verified through the simulation analysis and field test of the hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic support.
