摘要
高强度钢套件可作为控制巷道围岩变形的有效手段之一;本文重点分析软岩巷道新型钢组件结构支护的承载能力;通过井下现场测试数据表明,顶拱带顶梁的最大承载力和刚度为原始结构(模型1)的1.63倍和3.06倍,底拱带底梁的最大承载力和刚度分别是原始结构的1.44倍和3.55倍;在顶梁和底梁的基础上,在底拱中增加两个支撑对底角加固也有显著效果;该支护方式为膨胀软岩巷道支护提供了更多选择。
The paper focuses on the bearing capacity of new-typed steel kit-structured support in soft-rock roadway,whose field testing data show that the maximum bearing capacity and rigidity of roof beam in vault is 1.63 and 3.06 times as the original structure(model 1)and bottom beam in invert is 1.44 and 3.55 times as the original structure with remarkable effects on base angle reinforcement by adding two supports in bottom beam,providing various selection for expanding soft-rock roadway support.
