通合煤业厚煤层梯形巷道锚网索支护优化研究

摘要 通合煤业2101工作面直角梯形回采巷道采用普通锚网索支护,以2101运输顺槽为例,掘巷初期围岩变形破坏严重,通过理论分析、现场调研、矿压监测等方法,探究巷道松动圈发育范围,针对性地提出改进措施。结果表明:原有支护存在顶板、高帮侧锚杆长度偏短、低帮侧锚杆密度偏小、护表网片刚度较差等缺陷,对支护参数进行优化后,巷道表面变形量减小70%以上,松动圈发育范围在支护系统可控范围内,能够保障巷道围岩的长期稳定。 Aiming at the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock in the early stage of road excavation at 2101 right-angle trapezoidal roadway supported by traditional bolt-mesh-cable support,the author probes into the development range of the loose circle of the roadway through theoretical analysis,on-site investigation and mine pressure monitoring,and proposes improvement measures targeted on the defects of short roof and bolts in high side,small bolt density in the low side,and poor rigidity of the surface protection mesh,which can reduce the surface deformation of the roadway by more than 70%,and ensure the long-term stability of the surrounding rock with the development range of the loose circle within the controllable range of the support system.
