浅埋深风氧化带回采巷道锚网索支护技术探讨

摘要 山浪煤矿5#上煤层属浅埋风氧化煤层,现行巷道主要采用架棚支护方式,存在支护成本高、形式单一、劳动强度大等问题,故以5上-3041巷为背景,通过数值模拟、理论计算、矿压监测等手段,进行锚网索支护方案的设计及优化,分析支护方案的适应性,监测掘巷阶段矿压规律,结果表明:顶底板最大相对移近量约为70 mm,最大离层值约为30 mm,围岩稳定性良好,为锚网索支护在该矿的推广使用提供理论依据。 Aiming at the problems of high support cost,single form and high labor intensity of scaffolding support in No.5 upper coal seam in shallowly-buried wind oxidized zone of Shanlang Colliery,the paper proposes the bolt-mesh-cable support scheme through numerical simulation,theoretical calculation,mine pressure monitoring,whose field practice shows that surrounding rock can remain stable with the maximum relative convergence of 70 mm in the roof and floor is about 70 mm and the maximum separation value of 30 mm,providing a theoretical basis for the popularization and application of bolt-mesh-cable support in the mine.
