永安宏泰煤业煤巷掘进工作面防突措施分析

Analysis of Outburst Prevention Measures in Heading Excavation Working Face of Yong’an Hongtai Coal Industry Co.

针对永安宏泰煤业煤巷掘进工作面可能存在的煤与瓦斯突出安全风险,制定了煤巷掘进区域综合防突措施和局部综合防突措施。煤巷掘进工作面采取定向长钻孔预抽煤巷条带煤层瓦斯区域防突措施,抽采效果检验21个测点的残余瓦斯含量为4.13~7.54 m^(3)/t,小于临界值8 m^(3)/t,在掘进过程中再采取超前排放煤层瓦斯钻孔的局部防突措施,能够满足安全生产要求。

In view of the possible safety risks of coal and gas outburst in the coal roadway driving face of Yongan Hongtai Coal Industry,the comprehensive outburst prevention measures in the coal roadway driving area and local comprehensive outburst prevention measures are formulated.At the coal roadway driving face,the directional long drill hole is used to pre-drain the coal seam gas in the strip coal seam to prevent outburst.The residual gas content of 21 measuring points is 4.13~7.54 m^(3)/t,which is less than the critical value of 8 m^(3)/t and can meet the requirements of safety production.
