摘要
根据现场实测结果,分析可知N3-13综放面粉尘来源于采煤机滚筒割煤、滚筒远端煤壁片帮、液压支架移架、支架后方放顶煤、转载点等多个地点。以活性磁化水作为降尘介质,针对不同产尘源采取滚筒外喷雾、液压支架架间喷雾、回风巷全断面水幕帘降尘等措施,结果表明,活性磁化水对全尘和呼尘的降尘率达到了96%以上。
According to the actual measurement results on site,the analysis shows that the dust at N3-13 coal mining working face comes from many locations such as shearer drum cutting,rib spalling at the distal end of the drum,hydraulic support moving frame,top coal caving behind support and transfer point.Using activated magnetized water as dust medium,the dust measures such as spraying outside the drum,spraying between the hydraulic supports and water curtain for the whole section of the return are taken for different dust production sources,and the results show that the dust reduction rate of activated magnetized water for the whole dust and the call dust reaches more than 96%.
