摘要
针对高抽巷抽采瓦斯可能引发采空区煤层自燃危险、加大矿井采掘接替紧张的压力等问题,在陕西黄陇煤田高瓦斯自燃煤层工作面开展了高抽钻孔现场试验,并对钻孔施工层位、全回采周期钻孔布置及抽采参数进行了优化。试验表明,大孔径高位定向钻孔抽采瓦斯量占工作面绝对涌出量的32.4%,显著缩减了瓦斯治理工程施工周期及成本,实现了“以孔代巷”瓦斯精准高效治理预期目标,保证了工作面的安全回采。
To solve the problems of coal seam spontaneous combustion and increase the replacement pressure of mining and excavation in high gas spontaneous combustion coal seam caused by high drainage roadway,field tests of high level drainage are carried out in Huanglong Coal Field,Shanxi Province,the drilling location,drilling layout and drainage parameters in full mining cycle are optimized.The test shows that the amount of gas drainage by high-position directional drilling with large aperture accounts for 32.4%of the absolute amount of gas emission in the working face,which significantly reduces the construction period and cost of gas control,and realizes the expected goal of precise and efficient gas control by“Using holes instead of roadways”to ensure the safety of mining face.
