摘要
通风机是煤矿开采中重要的安全设施,为保障矿井的安全生产,通风机通常需要连续运转,是电能消耗比较大的设备。基于自适应PID控制技术,设计了变频调速系统,系统可以根据矿井实际需要的通风量对通风机的输出风量进行调节。通过将变频调速系统应用到煤矿通风机工程实践中,不仅提升了设备运行稳定性,而且为煤矿企业节省电能消耗。
As important safety facilities in coal mining,ventilators are devices that consume a large amount of electricity due to continuously running.Based on adaptive PID control technology,the paper designs a frequency conversion speed regulation system that can adjust the output air volume of the ventilator according to the actual ventilation volume required by the mine,which not only improves the stability of equipment operation,but also saves electricity consumption for coal mining enterprises.
