摘要
通过对矿山机电提升系统常见故障类型进行分析,提出了一种基于谐波振动特征的提升系统罐笼故障检测与诊断技术,通过对总体方案和硬软件系统进行设计。经煤矿现场应用表明:该诊断方法故障识别准确度≥95.8%,误警率<4.2%,故障识别精度大大提高。
According to the analysis of common fault types of mine electromechanical hoisting system,this paper proposes a cage fault detection and diagnosis technology of hoisting system based on harmonic vibration characteristics,and designs the overall scheme and hardware and software system,whose field application in coal mine shows that the fault identification accuracy of this diagnosis method is≥95.8%,the false alarm rate is<4.2%,which greatly improves the fault identification accuracy.
