摘要
对燕子山煤矿在用的TD75型带式输送机托辊进行远程故障诊断系统理论设计研究,系统组成包括用户管理模块,振动和声音信号的采集、储存和显示的信号采集模块。通过MNP21型声学传感器测试了系统对托辊故障诊断的精准性。
Consisting of user management module and signal acquisition module for collecting,storing and displaying vibration and sound signals,the roller remote fault diagnosis system of TD75 belt conveyor in Yanzishan Colliery has been designed and researched in the paper,and the accuracy of the system for fault diagnosis of roller has been tested by MNP21 acoustic senor.
