摘要
西曲煤矿针对不同赋存煤层工作面液压支架选型系统进行研究,构建用户参数输入模块、逻辑处理模块、数据库模块、建模处理模块和选型报告模块五大模块框架,建立液压支架和工作面参数数据库,采用C#编程语言进行软件程序编制,实现人机交互界面参数输入与选型结果输出功能,对比智能选型结果与实际使用液压支架关键参数后,对在用支架阻力实时监测,验证了智能选型系统的可靠性和准确性。
The hydraulic support selection system for working faces in different coal seams in Xiqu Colliery is studied in the paper.By constructing five modules,including user parameter input module,logic processing module,database module,modeling processing module and type selection report module,the hydraulic support and working face parameter database are established,and the software programming is carried out with C#programming language,which realizes the function of man-machine interface parameter input and type selection result output,and verifies the reliability and accuracy of the intelligent selection system through real-time monitoring.
