Design and Application Research on Automatic Tension Device for Coal Mine Belt Conveyor

张紧装置是带式输送机中重要的结构件,在保障设备稳定可靠运行方面发挥着重要作用。以工作面中使用的可伸缩式带式输送机张紧装置为研究对象,设计了一种可自动张紧的装置,装置主要包括钢丝绳、滑轮组、张紧滚筒等。装置运行时通过张力传感器对钢丝绳张力进行实时检测,并根据检测结果对皮带张力进行调整,确保在合适的范围以内。将设计的自动张紧装置应用到带式输送机工程实践中,通过6个月的时间应用发现达到了预期效果。装置的成功实践应用使带式输送机设备杜绝了打滑和断带等故障问题,显著提升了设备的运行稳定性,产生了显著的经济效益和安全效益。

Tension device is an important structural part in belt conveyor,which plays an important role in ensuring stable and reliable operation of equipment.Taking the retractable belt conveyor tension device used in the working face as the research object,the author has designed an automatically tension device,mainly including steel wire rope,pulley block,tensioning roller,etc.During operation,the tension of the steel wire rope can be real-time detected through a tension sensor,and the belt tension can be adjusted according to the detection results to ensure that it is within the appropriate range.Six months of the successful practical application of this device for has basically eliminated the problems of slipping and belt breakage in the belt conveyor equipment,significantly improved the operational stability of the equipment,and generated significant economic and safety benefits.
