摘要
近年来,阳极炭块生产的产能及规模逐步扩大,铝用炭素在生产过程中对炉窑烟气的净化处理也成为国内的研究热点。本文在现有文献的基础上,以铝用炭素阳极焙烧烟气的净化处理为研究对象,主要针对其烟气温度高、烟气成分复杂、烟气量大的处理难点进行理论分析与仿真研究。
In recent years,the produ ction capacity and scale of anode carbon block are gradually expanding,and the purification of furnace flue gas in the production of aluminum carbon is also becoming a domestic research hotspot.In this paper,based on the existing literature,the purification of flue gas from anode roasting of carbon for aluminum is studied,the theoretical analysis and simulation research are carried out to solve the problems of high temperature,complex composition and large volume of flue gas.
